I LOVE AVOCADOS!

I'm a big fan of avocado. My fridge always has fresh avocados. 
And the thing is that I tend to eat shrimps a lot & it's high in cholesterol.
 I've been trying to find good cholesterol in food & so I came across avocado. 
Avocado has the good kind of cholesterol that we should be taking. 
It is rich in Vitamin A & potassium (ounce for ounce avocados have 
60% more potassium than bananas). This is a good source for your brain to
 keep on functioning. Also avocados are very high in monounsaturated 
fats (like olive oil) which is good for the skin. So eat your avocados, 
guacamole, etc... but don't over do it. 

P.s It's actually one of my secrets to having clear complexion :)
